TGIF.
I didn't do my 45 minute workout yesterday. However, I did a 45 minute workout on my stationary bike this morning. Not a very good first week. I'm going to have to step it up next week if I'm going to make my BFL goal to lose 30lbs in 12-weeks.

Eighty more days to go. These last few days haven't been a good start to the Body for Life Challenge. I had Subways for dinner last night and I didn't exercise this morning. I will try to do my 45 workout this evening.

Body for Life - Day 3
45 minutes on stationary bike this morning. Unfortunately, I had KFC last night. I'm going to have to work on dealing with work stress. Today I managed to pack my lunch AND healthy snacks to avoid the ravenous hunger I've had after work the last two days.
