I did manage to do my morning run yesterday, but I didn't have time to blog it. Work stress has me leaving work about 9pm each night this week. This morning, I didn't do my morning run. I'm really annoyed with myself. I haven't been consultant with the diet part of my 12 week plan, but I was pleased with my consistency with being able to wake up to go run for thirty minutes. Instead of losing weight, I've started gaining weight. I'm up to 194lbs. I can't afford to stop the morning run. I will have to really try to go running this evening. I really hope I can.
