Yesterday, I managed to start and finish jogging for one hour before in got dark. I was tired from being on my feet for most of the day, and a part of me thought I might not be up for a run, but I managed. At the 30 minute halfway point, I was four minutes behind my usual time. However, I was able to pick up three of the minutes on the way back.
This morning, I managed to leave for work an hour earlier that my regular time. If I can run this evening, I will have completed my weekly goal of running four evenings this week.
Tomorrow, I will have to run in the morning because I'm suppose to attend a Weight Watchers meeting.
