Liquid Diet - Day 2

Yesterday I started another liquid diet. Summer is almost here and I haven't made any progress in getting in shape. I'm hoping a 10-day  liquid diet will be the kick start I need. Last night, I dusted off my juicing machine and juiced up a bag of "Ready to Eat" spinach. Yesterday was the first day of the diet. Hopefully, work won't stress me out so much that I'll be too tired to exercise today.

I haven't exercised since last Tuesday. Starting the 7th week in the exact same shape and condition I was in starting Week 1. :-(

Work stress again. After leaving work at 8:45pm, I had a heavy southern style dinner with cake for dessert.

Week 6 of 12, Day 38

Yesterday, I was very tired after work, however, I was very pleased they I did my one hour run. It took me an hour and four minutes to finish. Even though I finished the same distance in 57 minutes the day before, I was very pleased that I went out to run.

Today is a very wet and rainy day, so we will see.

Week 6 of 12, Day 37

I ran for about an hour. AND, I managed to avoid eating anything about I returned home about 8pm. My goal for this week is to try running an hour each evening until Thursday, and avoid eating anything after 8pm.

I didn't run yesterday, nor did I run this morning. I am now at the halfway week, and I have nothing to show. :-(  :-[  :'(

Week 5 of 12, Day 32

Yesterday turned out to be an okay, nice day. I enjoyed lunch, and was able to leave work at a nice, normal time. I went for a run. Since I haven't been running in almost two weeks, I settled for a 45 minute run. What was nice was being too tired to eat. I woke up tired, but I was able to get ready without having to rush.

Week 5 of 12, Day 31

Work stress had me up at 2am until about 6am...then, I start to get tired. No workout last night. I did have KFC and a pint of Ben & Jerry AND two donuts.
