Day 1

Having failed the first Body for Life challenge, I've started again. Today is day 1. I went to the nearby park for a morning run. Since I haven't exercised in months, I was expecting to struggle to finish a 20 minute run. I told myself that I would try to just run without looking at my watch for as long as possible. I was surprised when I first looked at my watch and saw that I had been running for 33 minutes. I continued running until I finished 45 minutes.

I'll be using the Body for Life plan (modified), as well as attending Weight Watcher's weekly meetings. I'll also be using dieting and exercising apps I downloaded onto my smartphone.

My goal is to lose 30lbs by the end of June.
