Week 3, Day 19

Yesterday evening I was cold and tired. However, I managed to do my evening run. It took me five extra minutes to finish my one hour run, but I did finish.

Also, I accomplished my goal for the week of running four evenings. My plan was to run this morning before work for 30 minutes, so that I could attend a Weight Watchers meeting. However, I'm going to skip the meeting so that I can do a full hour run.
