Week 3 of 12, Day 15

Last week stress had me so tied in knots, I was not focused on my 12 week exercise/diet plan. Out was leaving work near 9:00pm every night, thinking about what I didn't do, and what I should try to do in terms of paperwork. I almost slept the weekend away. I woke up this morning about 2:30am and couldn't go back to sleep until about three hours later. I managed to catch my train. This week, I will try to force myself to run AFTER work until Thursday. I also need to start counting my calories again. I also need to try attending a Weight Watchers meeting on Friday. Those are my goals for this week. I'll try to blog each day as well.
