Week 2, Day 8

Yesterday, I lost my focus. I reverted back to my bad habit...sleep. I didn't run yesterday. I spent must of the day in bed. Luckily, I was able to wake up early enough (just barely) this morning to do my morning run. This week I will try to double up my workout. Morning run with an alternating evening workout. 30 minutes on either my rowing machine or stationary bike. I also need to start using my iron bar to learn how to do a pull up (chin up). Right now I can't do one (of either). My goal is to be able to do 15 to 20 by the end of these 12 weeks.
