3:40am and I am wild awake. Not healthy. Not good. I finished my lesson planning for tomorrow (now today) at about 11:05pm. I showered and ironed my work clothes. I was in bed by 11:40pm.

And...

I waited and waited to fall asleep. Will no luck. My heart seems to be beating a mile a minute. I gave up about 3:30. I drank a couple cups of milk and ate a couple of cereal bars.

Now I am posting this blog entry. I will read a couple of pages of Dream-Hunter, and try again for a little bit of sleep. Not a good start to the workday.
